On the top of the hill above the Argolic bay and the lush valley, at the historic area of the ancient Asini, with a stunning view, a complex of two independent luxurius summer houses has been designed.

The existing landscape of the plot, along with the leveled development of the two houses, ensure an unobstructed view of the sea and and the surrounding natural environment, both from their interior and exterior spaces.

Designwise, the complex consists of underground and above-ground sections, aimed to harmonize the residences with the landscape, while, privacy and comfort, complement the design of this complex. Our aim was also to reconcile the building with its environment, by using natural materials, such us wall masonry made of stones and exposed concrete,  rough wood and stone slates as well as a planted roof.

The residences are extremely spacious, while at the same time they are giving the feeling of simplicity and luxury. Along with the common living areas and the bedrooms, each house also complies of a playroom, a cellar, a laundry room and astorage room and a 8,5m long swimming pool .
