On the top of the hill above the asini’s valley, with a stunning view, a complex of three independent luxurious summer houses has been designed.

The existing landscape of the plot, along with the leveled development of the three houses, ensure an unobstructed view of the valley and the surrounding natural environment, both from their interior and exterior spaces.

Designwise, the complex consists of two single storey properties and one two storey house with basement and parking bays, aimed to harmonize the residences with the landscape, while, privacy and comfort, complement the design of this complex. Our aim was also to reconcile the building with its environment.

The single storey residences are extremely spacious, while at the same time they are giving the feeling of simplicity and luxury. Along with the common living areas and the bedrooms, they also complies of an outdoor parking bay for two cars and a 8,5m long swimming pool.

The two storey residence with the basement consist of two ensuite bedrooms and an extra maisonette space for guests, an open plan living, dining, kitchen area and a playroom at the basement.  The basement also has two enclosed parking bays and storage areas.  In the outdoor area there is a pergola, a sunken seating area next to the pool and a 10-meter long swimming pool.
