The project concerns the renovation of an 65sqm 1970’s apartment located into a three storey block, near the old city of nafplio. Designwise our approach was to modify the pre-existing layout in order to fulfill the present needs of a luxurius airbnb property and ensure better movement and the best functionality of each space. Towards these principles, the design proposal was to merge the existing living and bedroom area, converting into an open space kitchen-living room, having also the oportunity to extent the size of the bathroom. Relocating the kitchen area we had the oportunity to transform this area into a second bedroom, managing to isolate both bedrooms from the street noise, as now are both in the rear side of the property, providing excellent living conditions to the occupants.
